HURWYN HANNIBAL HAYES AT TEISGOL (Ace)
dob: 23/01/1998
(Hurwyn Black Jack Of Shanandi x Hurwyn Calamity Jane)

Ace was our first pointer bought for my daughter to show, although he played her up so I ended up showing him in the ring and Sarah did junior handling with him. Unfortunately he was taken very poorly at about 8 months old. We were on holiday in Wales and he picked a dead bird and we shouted “put it down” and he did instantly - down his throat !! But the bird had been poisoned and as you can guess Ace was soon in the vets seriously ill. Finally he pulled through, only to be left with a sensitive stomach and so remained too thin to show. Then suddenly at around 5 years old he pulled through 100% and went on to father 4 litters (5 if you count the accidental litter he had with our working collie nearly 7 years ago).

He is looking fabulous now at the age of 9 and a quarter years old and has gone on to win 4 x BIS at limit level and 2 Best veteran in show at open level. He is like a vintage wine better with age !!!

TEISGOL KING HENRY (Henry)
28/04/03
(Sh Ch & Ir Sh Ch Hookwood Top man JW x Teisgol Soft as Silk)

Henry is Jade’s son from her first litter of 8. What can we say about this gorgeous lad ? He is the most affectionate lad you could ever wish to meet. Everyone who lives near us or meets us over the woods loves Henry, he greets you with a big toothy grin and his tail never stops wagging. He would like nothing better than for you to kiss and cuddle him all day. We showed him as a youngster and he did very well but we took him out of the ring to allow him to mature and give us chance to campaign Otta, Henry’s younger half brother. But Henry will be gracing the show ring again this year, just watch out for his tail hitting your leg as he carries on wagging it and whipping you with it .

TEISGOL TANZANITE JW (Otta)
28/04/05
(Sh Ch Tawbarn star Eclipse Of Fluerfield x Teisgol Soft as Silk)

Otta is Jade`s son from her second litter. 'Potty Otti' the dog who doesn’t know how to stand still. Everything is done at top speed from swimming in the ponds, to galloping over hills, to jumping fences, to scrambling through bushes - he truly lives life to the full making the most of his 2 hours a day in the woods. He does have a gentle loving side to him, kissing you and cuddling you as long as it doesn’t involve standing still for many seconds. But in the ring it is a different story. Otta has really proven himself winning Best Puppy In Breed at Crufts 06 and taking his Junior warrant 1 day short of 13 months old. Fingers crossed this year will be as successful for him.
